NanoBioLab develops AI systems for biological discovery, built around the physics and measurement constraints of the systems we study rather than adapted from general-purpose frameworks.
Our work spans GPU-accelerated cell classifiers, signal feature extraction from nanosensors, and image-based pattern recognition for cell discrimination. Every model is trained on experimental data, which means the AI is shaped by the actual noise, geometry, and physical behavior of the measurement.
